Maintenance Floor Technician

Responsible for all floor maintenance projects of hard surfaces and carpet
- Stripping
- Waxing/Re-coat
- Buffing
- Shampooing
- Extraction

For areas that may include
- Offices
- Classrooms
- Lobbies
- Entrances
- Stairwells
- Other public areas

Also responsible and must be available for
- Pre-viewing
- Pre-measuring
- Bidding of each job

Requirements
- Floor Maintenance Experience
- Pass a Criminal Background Check
- Driver's License

Pay
- Depends on experience
- Hourly
- Vehicle is provided
- Equipment is provided

Full Time and Part Time positions available
